We take your suggestions seriously

We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we need to know when things don’t go as well as they should do. Do you have suggestions for improvements? Then please let us know! With your help, we can further improve our services. All your comments and ideas are welcome. You can send them to kwaliteit@ravhm.nl. You will always receive a response from us.

How do you submit a complaint?

Although we do our best to provide the best possible care, complaints may still arise. Would you like to submit a complaint about the Hollands Midden Regional Ambulance Service? Please fill out the complaints form below. In the complaints form you can fill out (personally identifiable) information in a secure way. It is also possible to submit your complaint by standard email to klacht@ravhm.nl, in this case the information in the email is not sent in a secure way.

You can also submit your complaint in writing by sending a letter to the Hollands Midden Regional Ambulance Service complaints officer. Please include as much information as possible in your letter, using the form below as an example. This helps us to respond more quickly to your complaint
